We meet at the Kingsgate Hotel in Victoria Avenue, on Mondays at 12 noon
There is a carpark in front of the hotel and Pak n Save is right next door.
Visiting speakers can expect to be met at the door and accompanied to the meeting room.
A member will act as host, ensuring lunch is provided and introductions made.
The usual format of the meeting with approximate times is:
Noon - 12.20: Lunch
12.20-12.30: Club formalities and business
12.30-1.00 : Visiting speaker, allowing a few minutes for questions
A lectern and speaker system will be in place
There are also facilities for powerpoint presentations. Please inform your club contact in advance if you wish to deliver such a presentation.
