We meet at the Pioneer Room of the Wanganui Memorial Hall,
on Mondays at 12 noon
How to get there:
The Hall is close to the centre of town, just below the Sarjeant Art Gallery and opposite the Museum. Walking from the main street Victoria Avenue, it is accessible from the Maria Place intersection. Driving, it can be approached in either direction from the first street parallel to and east of Victoria Avenue. Parking is available on the forecourt
Our club has about 80 members and was founded in 1924, the oldest of the four Wanganui Rotary Clubs
We are an active club with a long history of successful community projects and a happy social atmosphere.

- Genesis Innovative Project Award for our Reading in Schools project(2004)
- Winner of the Kapiti trophy for interclub debating (2004 and 2005)
- Conducted the RYLA course for a third consecutive year(2004).
